These high-speed CMOS logic devices offer a maximum operating frequency of 20MHz at nominal supply voltage. With a propagation delay of 430ns, they are housed in a 14-terminal, R-PDIP-T14 package, suitable for military temperature grades from -55°C to 125°C.
