Dual 4-bit binary up-counters, operating at up to 60MHz, are available in a 16-SOIC package with gold contact plating. These synchronous counters feature asynchronous reset and are designed for surface mounting. With a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, these CMOS logic ICs offer low quiescent current of 8uA. The components are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and supplied in tape and reel packaging.
