Dual 2-bit bistable transparent latches featuring CMOS technology for high-speed operation. This surface-mount integrated circuit offers 4 bits of storage across two independent 2-bit latch circuits. Operating from a 2V to 6V supply, it provides a high-level output current of -5.2mA and a low-level output current of 5.2mA. With a propagation delay of 22ns and a turn-on delay of 10ns, this non-inverting D-type latch is suitable for a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
