Dual monostable multivibrator IC featuring high-speed CMOS logic. Two independent monostable circuits offer a propagation delay of 18ns and a turn-on delay time of 63ns. Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical 5V operating voltage. Surface mountable in a 16-SOIC package, it supports output currents of 4mA (low) and -4mA (high). This RoHS compliant component operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
