Features 10 outputs, a maximum frequency of 180MHz, and operates from a 2.3V to 2.7V supply voltage with a typical 2.5V operating voltage. This surface-mount integrated circuit is housed in a 48-TSSOP package with gold contact plating and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 85°C. RoHS compliant with a maximum supply current of 12mA.
