Features include a 3 LSB differential nonlinearity, 4 LSB integral nonlinearity, and a 77 dB signal-to-noise ratio. Operates with a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage and a nominal supply current of 75mA. This unipolar output DAC offers a 0.02 µs settling time and an 84 dB spurious-free dynamic range. Packaged in a 48-TQFP with gold contact plating, it supports a parallel interface and operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
