Features ultralow glitch performance, 1 LSB integral nonlinearity, and 0.5 LSB differential nonlinearity. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply with a nominal supply current of 150µA. SPI interface compatible, with a unipolar output polarity and 5µs settling time. Packaged in a 12-USON SON package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
