Integrated 2.5V, 2ppm/°C voltage reference with reset to zero functionality. SPI interface compatible, operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply. Housed in a 16-TSSOP package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
