Includes a 2.5V, 2ppm/°C internal voltage reference and a reset function. Operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, consuming 2.9mW. Packaged in a 16-TSSOP with gold contact plating, suitable for -40°C to 105°C operation.
