
12-bit, octal channel voltage output digital-to-analog converter featuring a 2.5V, 2ppm/°C internal reference. This ultra-low glitch DAC offers 1LSB integral nonlinearity and 0.25LSB differential nonlinearity, with a settling time of 5µs. Operating from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it provides 83dB signal-to-noise ratio and 63dB spurious-free dynamic range. The component is housed in a 14-TSSOP package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
