Achieves 1 LSB differential nonlinearity and 4 LSB integral nonlinearity. Operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply with a nominal supply current of 135 µA. Housed in a compact 6-pin SOT-23 package with gold contact plating, suitable for tape and reel packaging.
