
12-bit, unipolar voltage output digital-to-analog converter featuring a parallel interface. Achieves a conversion rate of 143 kS/s with a settling time of 7 µs. Offers excellent linearity with a differential nonlinearity of 1 LSB and integral nonlinearity of 2 LSB. Operates from a 5V supply voltage with a nominal supply current of 500 µA, consuming 2.5 mW of power. Packaged in a 20-pin SSOP with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
