Octal, 12-bit digital-to-analog converter featuring bipolar and unipolar voltage outputs. Achieves 1LSB differential nonlinearity, full-scale error, and integral nonlinearity. Operates with dual supply voltages from 4.5V to 18V or single supply from 9V to 36V, with a maximum power dissipation of 165mW. Serial SPI interface and a settling time of 10µs are supported. Encased in a 64-TQFP package with gold contact plating, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
