12-bit, single-channel digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a serial SPI interface and a 0.2µs settling time. This multiplying DAC offers a 5MS/s conversion rate with 1LSB differential and integral nonlinearity. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it supports a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The component is housed in a VSSOP package with gold contact plating and is supplied on tape and reel.
