
16-bit, single-channel voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring an SPI interface and a 0.2MS/s conversion rate. This ultra-low glitch DAC offers 12LSB integral nonlinearity and 1LSB differential nonlinearity, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 88dB and SFDR of 79dB. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it consumes a low 2.6mW of power. The device is housed in a compact 8-VSSOP package with gold contact plating, suitable for applications from -40°C to 105°C.
