16-bit dual voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring an ultra-low glitch, buffered output. Operates from a single supply voltage between 2.7V and 5.5V, with a maximum sampling rate of 2 MS/s. Achieves 1 LSB differential nonlinearity and 12 LSB integral nonlinearity, with a settling time of 7µs. Includes an integrated 2.5V, 4ppm/°C voltage reference. SPI interface compatible, housed in a 10-VSSOP package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation from -40°C to 125°C.
