Offers 1LSB differential nonlinearity and 12LSB integral nonlinearity with a unipolar output polarity. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, consuming a maximum of 7.15mW. Includes an integrated 2.5V, 4ppm/°C reference and supports SPI interface. Packaged in a 10-WSON with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
