Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, consuming a nominal 1mA current. Includes an integrated 2.5V, 2ppm/°C voltage reference with reset to mid-scale. Packaged in a 16-TSSOP with gold contact plating, operating from -40°C to 105°C.
