This component offers 1LSB differential nonlinearity and 12LSB integral nonlinearity, with an SPI interface for data transfer. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it consumes a low 1µA operating supply current. The device is housed in a 16-TSSOP package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
