Offers 92dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) with a full-scale error of 7LSB and integral nonlinearity (INL) of 4LSB. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply voltage, with a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Interface is SPI compatible, supporting bipolar and unipolar output polarity. Packaged in a 14-SOIC surface-mount case with gold contact plating.
