Dual current input, 20-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a 3 kS/s conversion rate. This integrated circuit offers two single-ended analog inputs and communicates via an SPI interface. Operating from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, it has a maximum power dissipation of 130mW and a power consumption of 80mW. Packaged in a 28-SOIC, this lead-free and RoHS-compliant component operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
