The DLPC7540EVM is an evaluation module designed to drive the DLPC7540 high-resolution display controller. It supports 4K UHD resolution at 60Hz and 1080p resolution at up to 240Hz for 2D and 120Hz for 3D applications. The module consists of a formatter board and an HDMI input processing front-end board, including three DLPA100 power management and motor drivers. It is designed to interface with 0.47-inch or 0.65-inch 4K UHD digital micromirror devices (DMDs) via V-by-One interface cables. The board facilitates prototyping for enterprise projectors, laser TVs, and digital signage applications.
