24-bit FPD-Link II serializer supporting 5-MHz to 43-MHz operation. Features a 1.03Gbps data rate and operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage with a nominal current of 60mA. This surface mountable integrated circuit is housed in a 48-TQFP package, measuring 7mm x 7mm x 1mm, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It includes 24 inputs and 24 outputs, with one driver and one receiver.
