Precision instrumentation amplifier featuring a 1MHz -3dB bandwidth and 200kHz gain bandwidth product. Offers a high 110dB common mode rejection ratio and low 125µV input offset voltage. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±2.25V to ±15V, or single supply from 4.5V to 36V. This single-channel amplifier has a 10GΩ input resistance and 10nA input bias current, with a slew rate of 4V/µs. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (D) case, it is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
