The INA281B3QDBVRQ1 is a high-precision, current sense amplifier designed for automotive applications. It can measure voltage drops across shunt resistors over a wide common-mode range from -4 V to 110 V. The negative common-mode voltage capability allows it to operate below ground, making it suitable for measuring recirculating currents in half-bridge applications. It features a high bandwidth of 1.3 MHz and a high DC CMRR of 120 dB, enabling accurate measurements in both DC and high-speed applications such as fast overcurrent protection.
