This device is a single-channel reinforced isolated gate driver for IGBT and MOSFET power switches. It provides split outputs with 2.5 A peak source current and 5 A peak sink current, 76 ns typical propagation delay, and 100 kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity at 1500 V common-mode voltage. The driver operates with a 2.25 V to 5.5 V input supply and a 15 V to 30 V output supply over a -40°C to 125°C ambient range. Integrated protection features include active Miller clamp, short-circuit clamp, soft turn-off, desaturation fault reporting, undervoltage lockout, and ready indication. The isolation system is rated for 5700 Vrms withstand, 8000 VPK transient isolation, 2121 VPK reinforced working isolation, and 12800 VPK surge withstand.
