Operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, it is housed in a 14-terminal ceramic DIP package (R-GDIP-T14) and meets MIL-STD-883 screening. The device supports a nominal supply voltage of 5V with a maximum supply current of 4mA.
