
Synchronous buck regulator with a constant on-time control architecture. Features a wide input voltage range from 7.5V to 48V and a maximum output current of 100mA. Adjustable output voltage is supported, with a minimum of 1.225V and a maximum of 40V. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is housed in a lead-free HSOP package suitable for surface mounting. Maximum duty cycle is 90%.
