Features a wide input voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V, with a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, with a low quiescent current of 1mA. Packaged in an 8-pin VSSOP (MSOP) for surface mounting, supplied in tape and reel.
