
Inverting charge pump IC with a fixed output voltage range of -1.5V to -5.5V, capable of delivering up to 200mA output current. Features a wide input voltage range from 1.5V to 5.5V and operates with a low quiescent current of 1.3mA. This surface-mount component is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, measuring 4.9mm in length, 3.9mm in width, and 1.45mm in height. Designed for operation across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
