High power switched capacitor voltage converter and flash LED driver. Features a 725 kHz operating frequency, boost and charge pump topology, and a single output capable of 250mA at 5V. Operates from a 3V to 5.5V input voltage range with a maximum supply current of 80µA and quiescent current of 60µA. Packaged in a 3mm 10-WSON surface mount configuration, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
