High-efficiency switched capacitor flash LED driver with a 1.5MHz operating frequency. Features a 5.3V output voltage and up to 700mA output current. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 5mA. Surface mountable in a compact 12-DSBGA package (2.02mm x 1.51mm x 0.335mm). Suitable for capacitive touchscreen applications, operating across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
