Surface mount switched capacitor voltage converter with adjustable positive output, capable of generating up to 11V from an input range of 1.8V to 5.5V. This DC/DC controller and regulator offers a maximum output current of 15mA and 400mW output power. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it features a low quiescent current of 40µA. The component is housed in a compact SOT-23 package, measuring 1.6mm in width, and is supplied on tape and reel.
