Features a low dropout voltage of 0.8V (typical 0.385V) and a wide input voltage range from 6.25V to 26V, with an absolute maximum of 45V. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Housed in a 3-terminal TO-263 package (JEDEC R-PSSO-G3) with a single terminal position. Offers excellent line and load regulation, with maximums of 0.05% and 0.08% respectively.
