
Dual high-speed, high-voltage comparator featuring two independent comparator circuits. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±2.5V to ±15V, or single supply from 5V to 36V. Offers TTL compatible outputs and a propagation delay of 80ns. Packaged in a 14-pin DIP for through-hole mounting, with a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
