The LM3409HV-Q1 is an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified P-channel MOSFET (PFET) controller for step-down (buck) current regulators. It uses constant off-time (COFT) control to regulate an accurate constant current without the need for external control loop compensation. It features a wide input voltage range up to 75V, high-side differential current sense with low adjustable threshold voltage, and supports 10,000:1 PWM dimming and 250:1 analog dimming range.
