Automotive PFET buck controller for high power LED drives. Features a 6V to 42V input voltage range and a 42V output voltage capability. Supports analog and PWM dimming with a 5A output current. Operates at 300 kHz to 1 MHz with a maximum supply current of 2mA. Packaged in a lead-free, surface-mount MSOP with dimensions of 3mm x 3mm x 0.86mm. Rated for -40°C to 125°C operating temperature.
