The LM3421-Q1 is a versatile high-voltage N-channel MOSFET controller for LED drivers, configurable in buck, boost, buck-boost, and SEPIC topologies. It features predictive off-time (PRO) control, an integrated 2-Ω, 1-A peak gate driver, and a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 75V. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and includes high-side adjustable current sensing.
