The LM3444 is an adaptive constant off-time AC/DC buck (step-down) constant current controller designed for driving high power LEDs. It features a passive PFC circuit to ensure good power factor, an application voltage range of 80 VAC to 277 VAC, and is capable of controlling LED currents greater than 1A. The architecture allows for high-frequency operation to minimize the size of external passive components and includes thermal shutdown, current limit, and VCC undervoltage lockout.
