This 2-channel, 2-output boost converter operates with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and delivers up to 22V output voltage with 30mA output current per channel. The device boasts a 1.25MHz operating frequency and a low quiescent current of 900uA. Packaged in a compact 12-DSBGA (1.64mm x 1.22mm x 0.395mm) for surface mounting, it operates from -40°C to 85°C and includes over-voltage protection (OVP).
