
Dual, high-speed, programmable current mode (Norton) amplifiers featuring a 400MHz gain bandwidth product and 60V/µs slew rate. These general-purpose operational amplifiers offer a 2.5kΩ input resistance and 8µA input bias current, with a 70dB common mode rejection ratio and 50dB power supply rejection ratio. Designed for surface mount applications in a 14-SOIC package, they operate from a 5V to 22V supply range and are lead-free and RoHS compliant.
