The LM3633 is a high-efficiency 11-bit LED driver designed for smartphone handsets. It features a high-voltage inductive boost converter with an integrated 1-A, 40-V MOSFET to power up to three parallel LED strings for display and keypad lighting. Additionally, it integrates a charge pump to bias six low-voltage current sinks (LVLED1-LVLED6) for indicator LEDs with internal pattern generation. The device supports PWM input for content adjustable brightness control (CABC) and is fully programmable via an I2C-compatible interface.
