High efficiency, 1A dual mode single inductor buck-boost DC/DC converter with adjustable output voltage from 2.8V to 3.3V. Features up to 95% efficiency, 45µA quiescent current, and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. This surface mount component operates from -40°C to 85°C and is packaged in cut tape. The device includes a synchronous rectifier and is RoHS compliant.
