Monitors one voltage with a threshold of 3.08V, offering undervoltage detection down to 3.06V and overvoltage detection up to 3.1V. Operates from a 1V to 5.5V supply voltage with a low quiescent current of 28µA. Includes an active-low reset with a 140ms timeout and a watchdog timer. Packaged in an MSOP-10 surface mount configuration, this component is supplied on tape and reel.
