Operates with a dual supply voltage range from 1V to 9V (min/max dual) or a single supply from 2V to 36V (min/max single). Offers a low input bias current of 250nA and an input offset voltage of 2mV. This surface mount component, housed in an 8-SOIC package, provides a 0.3µs response time and 6mA output current per channel, with a maximum supply current of 500µA. Industrial grade operation is supported from 0°C to 70°C.
