Synchronous step-down voltage converter, this power management IC offers adjustable output voltage from 1V to 28V with a maximum output current of 3A. Operating from a 3.5V to 36V input range, it features a low quiescent current of 27µA and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The component is surface mountable in an HTSSOP package, is lead-free and RoHS compliant, and includes a synchronous rectifier for enhanced efficiency.
