The LM46000 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER DC/DC controller with adjustable output voltage from 1V to 28V and 500mA output current. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant. The device is packaged in a surface mount HTSSOP package and is lead free.
