Achieves up to 96% efficiency with a quiescent current of 3.1mA. Designed for surface mount with a compact 8-SOIC package (4.9mm L x 3.9mm W x 1.45mm H). Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and supports Boost, Flyback, and SEPIC topologies.
