Step Down DC-DC Controller, 9.5-95V In, 2.5-85V Out, 0.15A, 8-Pin VSSOP
Step-down DC-DC controller and regulator featuring adjustable output voltage from 2.5V to 85V and a maximum output current of 0.15A. Operates from an input voltage range of 9.5V to 95V with up to 93% efficiency. This non-isolated, single-output switching regulator is housed in an 8-pin VSSOP package with gull-wing leads for surface mounting. The compact VSSOP package measures 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.95mm, suitable for PCB applications. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
