Step-down DC-DC controller and regulator featuring adjustable output voltage from 2.5V to 85V and a maximum output current of 0.15A. Operates with input voltages ranging from 9.5V to 95V, achieving up to 93% efficiency. This non-isolated, single-output switching regulator is housed in an 8-pin WSON EP package, a very thin small outline no-lead surface-mount component with an exposed pad. The compact 4mm x 4mm x 0.8mm package is designed for efficient thermal management and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
